Analyst
Our analysts are responsible for the day to day activities on a client site. They analyse and prepare financial schedules, exhibits and summaries as required, co-ordinate assurance assignments and identify accounting and auditing issues. They assist in client reviews and progress.
Experience needed
3 Years' experience, holds a University Degree and is studying for a professional qualification or equivalent. Responsible for day to day activities on a client site
Consultant
Consultants manage their own work stream, takes responsibility for overall engagement planning and administration. They also assist in reviewing clients' systems of accounting, internal controls and consolidated accounts.
Experience needed
3 years' experience, holds a University Degree and holds a professional accountancy qualification or equivalent. Responsible for day to day activates on client site.
Senior Consultant
Senior Consultants perform a significant amount of client work below the management level. They inform management of engagement progress and client relationship issues. They identify and suggest solutions to all key project and reporting issues. They assist the management team in carrying out special engagements and they deliver deep experience in their subject matter.

Manager
At Triplanet Partners managers handle client engagements with multiple subsidiaries or divisions. They plan and monitor budgets and assist in billing and collections. They provide guidance and instruction and monitor the progress of the engagement team. They identify and suggest solutions to all key project and reporting issues. They assist the management group members in carrying out special engagements.

Senior Manager
This position manages engagements or projects, consistently to professional practice standards and independence requirements. He or she manages and provides leadership to teams of staff level professionals, achieves specific revenue and accountancy income objectives, and delivers designated engagement realisation. Typical principal duties include delivering designated engagement realisation, manage billing and developing sustainability in the market place through specific practise focus. Senior Managers manage risk and risk reward equation. They also review audits and recruits new team members.

Director
Triplanet Partners directors manage a variety of complex engagements or projects,. They consistently adhere to professional practice standards and independence requirements. Directors provide leadership to and manage a team of professionals, achieves specific revenue and accountancy income objectives, and deliver designated engagement realisation. Typical principal duties include; managing a portfolio of clients and projects, manages cost controls and billing, manages risk and risk reward, recruits team members and performs reviews. Develops sustainability in the market place through specific practise focus.

Recognised expert in the subject matter >10 years business experience, manages multiple client teams, reviews and manages day to day activities. Provides guidance and overall direction; set to become a full partner of the company within the next 1-3 years
Senior Executive / Partner
The senior partners are responsible for the overall client relationship. This includes coordinating the integration of the consultant’s services and providing high quality delivery of all services A senior partner understands the range of services to be delivered to the client, determines the composition and knowledge, skill and experience of the client services team and develops a client service plan and reviews overall performance. Acts as the Consultants’ principle point of contact with the client.

Recognised expert in the subject matter >15 years business experience at least 7 of which in a leading function, provides guidance and overall direction, oversees multiple client teams and insures high quality and consistent services; has a share in the company and its financial risk
