Michelle Ross
Director
Michelle is currently the Client Support Manager and Operations Director at Convergence. She has over 10 years’ experience in support and support/operations management roles.
Prior to Convergence, Michelle was a Team Leader with Ernst & Young LLP, managing two teams of support staff across both the Financial Services and the UK & Ireland divisions of the business.
During her time at Ernst & Young LLP, Michelle was also involved in several change programmes, including a high level management review of the Company’s ‘Support Model’, and supported the FSO Tax Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this, she worked for KHCS Consultant Limited, a Company Formations business where she started as a secretary and worked her way up to the Business Manager, and successfully designed and implemented new operational processes and procedures throughout the company as it grew.
