Ben Roberts is currently the President of Convergence; an international management consulting services firm with primary focus in the financial services industry and with offices in New York and London. Mr. Roberts has over eighteen years of experience as a senior executive for a leading global consulting services institution and for a fortune 100 financial services organization.
Mr. Roberts has conducted mission-critical transformation initiatives throughout the Americas and Europe. In his fourteen years with Accenture as Client Partner for the risk and capital markets industry, he brought expertise in developing business operating models and strategic tenants to corporate services, corporate performance management and front-to-middle office functions. He acted as advisor to clients executives such as American Express, Berkshire Hathaway, SwissRe, Travelers Insurance and Gen Re to name a few. As Chief Information Officer-CIO at The Hartford, he implemented new methods for delivering advanced information technology services that drove business change in the organization resulting in significant financial business benefits and acquiring competitive capabilities.
